2. Add the desired item to your shopping cart.
3. Review your order before confirming on purchasing. Make sure of the size, color and style before you make your payment. We dont offer return/exchange/refund on the goods that you selected. If the mistake is on our part, we will gladly return/exchange/refund to you.
4. Choose your payment options. If you want to pay by Debit/Credit card, you can opt for Paypal payment. If you're from Malaysia and prefer to do Online banking or Cash Deposit, please do so on the given account number at the menu sidebar. We will hold the item on your shopping cart for 24 hours only. If no payment within that time, the item you choose will be released.
5. Confirm your order and payment.
6. We will review your order in 24 hours, and wait for the payment. Once cleared, we will ship the goods to you via Poslaju. Shipping is on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Tracking will be provided via email to you.
7. For Pre-order item, expect delay as we order our goods from oversea, the waiting time is within 1 to 2 weeks depending on availability. Usually within that period of time. Once we receive the item from our supplier, we inspect the goods to see if its defected or not. We wont send defected item to you. Once cleared, goods will be delivered to you on Monday, Wednesday or Friday.
